This powerful tool enables you to refine your search with various parameters, ensuring you get the most relevant results for your needs.

• Customizable Parameters: Filter results by square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, property type, and price range.

• Time Frame: Look back up to 18 months to find comparable sales.

• Flexible Results: Retrieve up to 50 comparable properties per request.

How to Use the API
